Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our dancewear catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, select any options (eg colour / size) to suit your requirements and click on 'add to cart' to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout". If you have not logged in you will be asked to register so that we can gather the necessary details for delivery and payment.
We accept credit & debit card payments over the telephone and via Paypal (you do not need to register with Paypal to use this facility!). If you make a card payment directly to us we will hold your card details online only for as long as it takes to process the payment.

Availability

Like most companies it is impossible for us to keep all items, in all colours & in all sizes in stock at all times but we do hold considerable dancewear stocks available for immediate despatch. We order in from Roch Valley and Freed of London every Tuesday morning and products are normally ready for despatch to the customer the following day.

Despatch

Where possible orders are processed & sent out as soon as payment is confirmed, but please allow up to 10 days for receipt to account for fluctuations in delivery service by carriers, & our own stock replenishment.
We will always email you to confirm despatch within 24 hours of goods being sent. If goods are not in stock we will give you an expected date of delivery and you will be given the opportunity to leave the item on back order, cancel the order in part or in full, or accept an alternative item.
If you require delivery urgently please check with us about stock availability before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline. Please report non-delivery within 7 days of being notified of despatch.
