Prices & Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 post (or Tracked 48 if you prefer) and orders will normally be despatched in full. No additional charge will be made if, at our discretion, the order needs to be sent in more than one consignment. For extra security you also have the option of 'signed for' which will require a signature.

We charge at the Royal Mail 'Small Parcel' (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48) rate for each pair of dance shoes. If you buy more than one pair they may be sent in more than one package to minimise charges.

You can confirm the cost of delivery at any time. Just select any items you want to purchase, then go to the shopping cart page and select 'Shipping Estimator'. Delivery options and cost are displayed in a popup.


Royal Mail undertake to deliver all Tracked 24 mail by the next working day (or Tracked 48 within 48 hours) but this is not guaranteed. End to end tracking is available using a tracking code at royalmail.com (this will be included in the despatch confirmation email from Baillando). If the mode of delivery you have chosen is not available due to weight/size we will endeavour to send your parcel by the best means available.


Returns Policy

IMPORTANT - Before returning any item please email us so that we can issue you with a returns number to be quoted with the returned goods. Failure to do either of these may result in your refund or credit being delayed. If you are returning by Royal Mail we suggest you use the Tracking 24 or Tracking 48 service and obtain 'proof of posting' from the Post Office. You can then track the parcel using the code provided. [In the very unlikely event that] we do not receive the parcel we cannot replace the item or make a refund - you would need to make a claim on the Post Office.
All items for exchange credit or refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer. Only faulty items can be considered for exchange outside this period.
Goods found to be faulty on receipt will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded, on their return to us. Please ensure that all garment packaging is returned with the item.
Items that develop faults during use will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded, provided the fault is not due to fair wear & tear or damage by the customer. Some manufacturers will require inspection of the garment before sanctioning a credit.
Items that do not fit can be exchanged for another size, provided the garment is returned to us in a saleable condition with the original packaging, tags & labels in tact. If the item has been supplied to our suggested size, then no charge will be made for the return postage. If the garment has been supplied as ordered then a charge will be made for the cost of return postage & packing. A charge will also be made on all garments exchanged more than once. This payment must be sent to us with the returned goods.
Where garments are accepted for refunds postage may not be refunded if the item is a replacement for an article incorrectly ordered.
Tights, bodystockings, socks & dance belts can not be accepted for return, unless faulty, if the packaging seals have been broken.
Garments specially ordered, that are not a normal stock line, can not be accepted for credit.
Please ensure that all return packages have the correct postage paid on them. We DO NOT accept any deliveries that need surcharges paid.
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of the returned items, but please allow up to 5 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
All returns are made at the senders risk, so for your own security we advise you to send them recorded or special delivery

Please take care when trying on garments. Keep them away from moisture & grease, do not wear heavy perfume. Do not remove any tags or labels unless you are certain of keeping the garment, we will not accept them for return if you do. Try on any footwear on a clean towel or similar as shoes that are marked in any way can not be returned. Please remember we are happy to exchange goods if these simple rules are followed.

In short, please return goods in a condition in which you would be happy to receive them
